Dry Irish Stout - ABV: 4.8% - IBU: 23 Brewed in collaboration with Matt Vaughan, owner of Easy Street Records in the historic Alaska Junction in West Seattle. We channeled Matt's Irish roots to make this full flavored yet refreshing dry Irish stout. We started with a sour mash and layered on the roast malts, with a smattering of Magnum and Palisade hops for balance. Spin the black Circle, drink the black beverage.
